Make Enterprise - The New Standard for AI and Automation Orchestration in the Enterprise

A gathering for technology and automation leaders in enterprise organizations. Real implementation stories from companies that have moved beyond the introduction phase - from deterministic processes to AI orchestration in production.

Make Enterprise is not just another tool on the list. It's the layer holding together the automation of leading Israeli enterprise companies - from classic SaaS integrations, through service and finance processes, to orchestrating AI systems that simply don't work without a real glue layer. In this session, teams from Bright Data, Guesty, AppsFlyer and Make.com will present real case studies running in production today. No buzzwords. No product pitches. Just what works.

When and Where?

Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, 17:30-20:00
Bright Data offices, 4 HaMachshev St., Netanya

What's on the agenda?

Our Speakers

Our speakers come from the enterprise world. Hear from them how large organizations adopt innovation through new SaaS systems and the low-code / no-code ecosystem.

  1. Meir Kadosh

    AI Infrastructure Integrations Engineer @Bright Data

    The BDR That Never Sleeps: Lead Enrichment Automation with Claude Code and Bright Data

    Anyone running a sales or growth team knows this black hole - BDRs spend 60% of their day on manual research. Jumping between LinkedIn, company websites, Crunchbase, news, and CRM, just to figure out who the lead is, what they need, and how to even open a conversation. In the end, only a fifth of their time goes to the one thing that actually generates revenue - talking to customers.
    In this session, we'll show how we took Claude Code, connected it to Bright Data, and built an agent that replaces the entire research stage: it receives a list of companies from the CRM in the morning, and within minutes returns a full profile for each lead - company data, decision makers, intent signals, trigger moments (hiring, funding round, cloud migration, news), and a personalized email opener ready to send.
    What's in the session:

    • The architecture: Claude Code & Bright Data as a proven stack for production automation agents
    • The skills and prompts that made the agent stop hallucinating and actually start enriching
    • How to measure enrichment quality, not just quantity (because a lead with 50 fake fields is worse than an empty one)
      Live demo - watch the agent work in real time
    • Everyone who attends walks away with a repo, a ready Claude Code skill, and a workflow template you can run tomorrow morning
  2. Lior Talmor

    Senior System Integration Engineer
    @AppsFlyer

    Managing the Billing Lifecycle Right Where We Work - with Make

    Come see how Appsflyer is managing Billing with Nestsuite, right where everybody's eyes already are - in Slack - with AI and automated processes that empower employees and reduce workloads from the finance teams.

    • Invoice Validity Scanner - Scanning actual invoices against their Netsuite records to verify accuracy at scale, Using Make AI Tools and the OpenAI Responses API within a single Make scenario.
    • PO MANAGEMENT - HITL (Human in The Loop) for super-fast PO reconciliation, Finance can lie back and enjoy the show while Make facilitates the process automagically.
    • PO PRO AI Agent - Conversational Slack agent to answer any question regarding open POs. Guardrails, Permissions & Hierarchy pre-built deterministically into the process.
  3. Meir Gold

    Process and Automation Engineer
    @Guesty

    The Escalation Engine: Supporting the Supporters

    How do you make sure the support department itself gets support from the rest of the organization?

    Meir will show how we helped Guesty's support team and built an internal SLA tool that ensures requests from support to other departments get answered - on time.

    Components of the tool:

    • Pulling data from Zendesk via Make into BigQuery
    • Business logic built in SQL
    • An AI layer for decisions that require judgment
    • Process orchestration in Make with connections to all
      involved systems
  4. Natanel Goldfeather

    CEO
    @Otomate

    Beyond the Trigger: Architectural Patterns for Advanced Automation

    Natanel will dive into the "guts" of complex automation
    systems built with Make - how to solve real business
    challenges through smart architecture, not just
    "connecting the dots".

    3 examples from the field:

    • Enterprise ERP sync between Salesforce and NetSuite,
      using Sub-scenarios, Data Structures, and Custom
      Functions
    • The Aggregator pattern for managing payment requests
      in the tourism industry - preventing duplicates and
      driving operational efficiency
    • Omnichannel support architecture for cybersecurity
      teams - a central engine handling requests from
      Slack, Teams, and Messenger

    Moving from simple automation to a resilient system
    requires using Make's advanced tools - reliability,
    scalability, and easy maintenance.

  5. Daniel Zrust

    App Solutions Architect
    @Make

    Make in the AI Era: Agents, MCP, and Smart Orchestration

    Daniel will present over Zoom on Make's new AI capabilities - AI agents, MCP integration, and orchestrating complex workflows with Make's Grid. A chance to see the next generation of business automation from the company leading the field.

  6. Eyal Gershon

    CTO & Co-Founder
    @Callbox & AutomationIL

    The Warehouse in Your Pocket: A WhatsApp Bot
    Querying ERP in Real Time

    In every organization managing inventory - from
    warehouse to branch - the same question comes up
    hundreds of times a day: "Do we have this in stock?"
    A field rep needs to know if an item is available,
    a salesperson checking with a customer, a branch
    manager coordinating an order. The answer lives in
    Priority - but it's not accessible from the field.

    In this session, Eyal will present a solution running
    at Dor Raphael: a WhatsApp bot that employees and
    agents query in natural language. The bot understands
    the question, queries Priority through Make, and
    returns an accurate answer within seconds.

    Behind the scenes: a Make AI agent configured to work
    against the modules of the Priority app we built -
    allowing it to understand the system's query language
    and return data in the correct format.

    What's in the session:

    • WhatsApp Business + Make Agent + Priority API
    • How to train an agent to work with an ERP without
      hallucinating data
    • Permission management - who can query what
    • Live demo - a question in WhatsApp, an answer from
      Priority
